I have been trying my hand at making Korean food lately. Here’s what I’ve mastered so far.
This one was kimchi bokkeumbap (김치볶음밥) and some miso mushroom zucchini and onion soup (I made it up and have no recipe, sorry).
Will try to take more pictures in the future. I linked to all the recipes I used. They won’t be exactly what I made. I’m a bit of a free spirit when it comes to cooking and measuring. This way I never truly make the same dish twice. I love it but it frustrates my mom when she tried to spy over my shoulder.
