To celebrate having taught our last class of 2012, my coworkers and I went out for dinner Thursday night. Had some traditional Korean BBQ of ribs, pig intestine and chicken feet. It was pretty delicious! Also, some soju helped 😉
Our seaweed soup and sides. My coteachers told me that seaweed soup is very traditional soup, in Korea, to be eaten at birthdays and to be fed to mothers, after giving birth.
